Mixed media fiber artist. 

I create art because I can't help myself! Each piece goes through an evolution before its finished, this transformation helps me process the world around me. 

I create pieces intended to be conversation starters to engage people in discussions about difficult topics and/or current events, as well as inspire with whimsy.

All pieces require a second look to discover hidden elements and draw out emotions often held below the surface of our smiles. I create using a variety of materials and mediums, including mixed media, fiber art, rug hooking, found objects, sculpture, oil and watercolor painting, ink drawings, and poetry.

Every piece takes on a piece of the person experiencing it, making it forever unique and always changing.
